are the amazing new additions to
our school. Ms. Rolfe has been in
MNPS for 8 years in elementary
school and is excited to move into
middle school. Mrs. Alford has over
20 years of experience in middle
school and will be a great addition
to the Croft Middle family!

and emotion management
-Referral to long term counseling options
-Providing classroom guidance lessons
-Helping students navigate peer relations
-Helping students plan post-secondary
options (college, trades, military)
-Collaborating with school staff, students,
and families to help student achieve
success
-Analyze school-wide data to identity
student needs
-Creating and modifying student schedules
as needed
